Open Portrait Day

Between 1905 and 1911, an Edwardian Studio photographer called Henry Harrison inhabited 121 Roman Road, now the residence of Four Corners. To celebrate this fact we recreated Harrison’s portrait studio from the Edwardian era and held an open portrait day.

London Underground

The tube at rush hour is not exactly a pleasant experience, but it is fascinating from an observational perspective. In this series I was interested in photographing the spaces between people and the people’s relationship to each other and the space rather than putting an emphasis on passengers.
